Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

Shipping

When choosing the shipping option, you are agreeing to our policy that That Batch Bakery is not responsible for missing/delayed/wrong address items that are in the mail carriers care. Once they leave our facility and are shipped, they are not under our control.

 

 

If you have problems with USPS, please feel free to contact us and ask for help. Although there is nothing we can do about missing/late packages, we will try our best to assist you. 

 

Shipping is only available on shelf-stable items. Anything designated as a Local Pickup/Delivery will be listed as such in product description. Any items purchased with this designation without a local NY address will be refunded.

 

 

Cancellations

All of our treats are made to order therefore we cannot issue a refund for any cancellations 48 hours before the treats are shipped, delivered or picked up. Custom requests have non-refundable deposits regardless of cancellation 48 hours in advance.

 

Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our treats, no returns will be accepted.
  • If you have issues with your order, please contact us at ThatBatchBakery@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order and provide a photo and detailed description of the issue and we will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied with your order.
